Manage or cancel your membership
You can manage renewal before finishing setup, while personalisation is paused, or after your plan is ready. You do not need to finish a questionnaire, contact us or delete your account to cancel online.
Bought on the website?
Sign in with the account that owns the membership, open Stripe, then choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Opening this page or Stripe does not itself cancel renewal. Check Stripe’s confirmation and displayed access end date.
Bought through Apple or Google?
Use the store account that paid, even if you now use another device. The invited adult on a Couples plan does not pay or cancel separately.
Cancelling renewal, asking for a refund and deleting an account are different actions. Uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation and statutory-rights information.
