Cancel renewal or ask about your cancellation rights.
Cancelling renewal, requesting a refund and deleting your account are different actions.
Stop website renewal
Sign in and open Account → Manage or cancel with Stripe. Privacy controls also offer a website-billing link when personalisation is paused. Check Stripe’s confirmation and the displayed access end date. If you cannot sign in or open billing, email support@mypocketpt.com from your account email. A message sent to support is a request, not proof that the provider has processed it.
Apple or Google membership
Use the subscription settings for the store account that paid. Your receipt identifies the billing provider. MyPocketPT account deletion cannot cancel an Apple or Google renewal. Store procedures do not replace rights you have under applicable consumer law.
Statutory cancellation or refund requests
You may have statutory cooling-off, cancellation or refund rights depending on the contract and your circumstances. Contact support to exercise them; no reason is required for an applicable cooling-off cancellation. We will not treat use of this form, app use or general acceptance of terms as a waiver of statutory rights. Nothing on this page promises an automatic refund or excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You do not have to use this form or give a reason. These details stay on this page until you open your email application and choose to send them. A prepared email is not confirmation of cancellation.

Keep a record
Keep your order receipt, the notice you sent and the cancellation confirmation. You may print or save our terms, this page and the prepared notice. Do not include sensitive health information or full card details in a cancellation message.
