Founding Creator programme terms

Enrolment and qualifying customers

For new agreements under this version, creators must enrol by 31 January 2027, 23:59:59 UK time. A referred customer must complete their account signup and have the creator referral recorded by that same deadline. Their first successful paid subscription must start by 28 February 2027, 23:59:59 UK time. Both customer deadlines must be met. Clicking a link, starting checkout, a free week or complimentary access is not a paid subscription and does not qualify on its own.

We use verified account/referral records and the payment provider’s recorded successful payment time (or the start of the first paid store subscription period), not the date a notification reaches us. Missing or conflicting evidence requires review before earnings become payable. Customers first signing up after January, or first starting a paid subscription after February, do not qualify for this founding cohort. Ordinary memberships remain available.

These are acquisition deadlines, not a commission end date. Once a customer qualifies, the agreed 50% of eligible net revenue continues on their monthly or annual payments and renewals for as long as that customer remains subscribed, including after both deadlines and after their first year. Existing accepted agreements, discounts and accrued amounts are unchanged; these new deadlines do not retroactively replace earlier agreements.

Audience offer

Eligible new paying customers who meet the applicable signup and first-payment deadlines receive 10% off their first 12 monthly payments or their first annual payment. Standard pricing applies afterwards. The offer is limited to one first-year discount per customer and is not restarted by cancellation, account recreation or changing plans. Billing-interval changes during the discounted year require support. Existing paid memberships, self-referrals and duplicate referrals are not eligible. Codes apply to website purchases, not Apple or Google purchases.

Commission and attribution

Founding creators earn 50% of eligible net subscription revenue for as long as their referred customer remains subscribed, with no time limit. This applies to every eligible monthly or annual payment and renewal, including renewals after the customer's first-year discount ends. Net revenue means amounts actually collected after discounts, less applicable taxes, payment-processing and subscription-billing fees for website purchases, or Apple/Google app-store fees for in-app purchases, and refunds or chargebacks. The same charge is never deducted twice. General business overheads are not deducted. Store purchases require verified attribution to your referred account; a website discount code does not apply at an app-store checkout. The full eligible annual payment earns 50%; it is not limited to a three-month proportion. No commission accrues when no eligible payment is collected. A Couples membership counts as one subscription. The first valid creator attribution saved to an account is retained; a different code cannot replace it. A link is remembered on the same browser for up to 30 days before signup. Verified payments—not clicks or free registrations—generate earnings.

Review and payment

Payments wait for reconciliation against provider statements before net commission is calculated. Estimated store tax or fee percentages are not treated as final earnings. Existing accepted agreements remain unchanged; this version applies to new agreements only.

You must be at least 18. Earnings are provisional, held for at least 30 days and reviewed for eligibility, refunds, disputes and abuse before payout. Approved amounts are reviewed for manual monthly payment. We will arrange payout details securely before your first payment; do not submit bank details in public profile fields. The dashboard records payments made outside the platform and does not automatically transfer money. Refunds or disputes after payment may require adjustments or recovery; contact support to resolve discrepancies. You remain responsible for any tax obligations on your earnings.

Responsible promotion

Share your website referral link so eligible followers can join with their discount. Once the apps are available, they can download MyPocketPT and sign in with the same account. Website purchases generally have lower platform fees, leaving more net revenue to share. Do not claim that an app is available before its official download link has been published.

Clearly identify advertising and affiliate relationships. Do not make misleading medical, earnings or guaranteed weight-loss claims. Do not spam, use self-referrals or manufacture accounts. Do not share customer personal or health data. We may pause new referrals while investigating abuse; pausing a code or closing founding enrolment does not remove an existing customer’s agreed discount.

After January 2027 we plan to review best-performing creators for possible paid content or separately agreed commission partnerships, depending on results, suitability and budget. There is no guaranteed selection, paid booking or income. A future partnership does not replace or reduce already agreed founding commission. The separate manual 12-month complimentary creator gift has no posting, review or referral requirement and is not conditional on joining this programme.
