Clear terms for a practical plan.

MyPocketPT currently supports adults aged 18 and over. You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure and use the service only for yourself or the second adult included in a couple plan.

MyPocketPT provides general fitness and wellness planning, meal ideas, estimated nutrition, shopping organisation and progress tools. Plans depend on the information you provide and may change after check-ins.

The service is not medical care and does not diagnose, treat or prevent disease. Follow the Health and Safety guidance and seek qualified advice where appropriate.

Paid memberships renew automatically for the monthly or yearly period shown at purchase until cancelled. Website purchases are managed through Stripe. Mobile purchases are managed through Apple or Google. The full price, billing period and renewal terms are shown before purchase.

Cancellation stops future renewal but ordinarily leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Refund eligibility is determined by the payment provider and applicable consumer law.

You may also have statutory cancellation or refund rights. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact support@mypocketpt.com if you need to exercise those rights or cannot access the billing portal.

The optional Founding Creator programme closes to creator enrolment on 31 January 2027. Under the new programme terms, customers must create their account and have their referral recorded by 31 January 2027, 23:59:59 UK time, and start their first successful paid subscription by 28 February 2027, 23:59:59 UK time. The deadlines do not end commission on qualifying subscription renewals.

Nutrition values are estimates calculated from source data and weighed ingredients. Food composition, brands and portions vary. You remain responsible for checking packaging, allergens, food safety and whether a suggested ingredient is suitable for you.

We aim to keep MyPocketPT available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted operation. You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, automate excessive requests, resell plans or use the service to harm another person.
