Delete your MyPocketPT account.

1. Sign in to MyPocketPT.
2. Open Account.
3. Select Delete account and confirm.

The service closes an open website membership where necessary and then removes the MyPocketPT account data linked to your sign-in.

Account deletion removes your account-linked profiles, meal and workout plans, progress and check-ins, remembered meal ratings, optional imported watch data, health connections and device notification registrations from the live service.

Limited payment, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention records may remain where necessary for legal obligations or legitimate claims. We also retain limited offer-redemption and pseudonymous email-fingerprint records to prevent repeated introductory discounts, not for advertising. Contact support@mypocketpt.com for details of the records and retention periods that apply to your request.

Deleted imported watch readings may remain encrypted in restricted disaster-recovery history for up to 30 further days. They are not used in normal service, and deletion must be reapplied before any restored database serves customers. Data in Apple Health or Health Connect is not removed by deleting your MyPocketPT account.

In Account → Connect watch & health data, select Stop syncing and delete imported data to remove imported watch readings. In Meal learning preferences, you can forget remembered taste ratings and withdraw optional overall learning consent. You can also email support@mypocketpt.com from your account address with the data you want removed; we verify ownership before processing a request.

Deleting your MyPocketPT data does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google. Cancel that subscription in your App Store or Google Play account to prevent future renewal.

Email support@mypocketpt.com from the address used for your account. We will verify the request before deleting personal data.
